Name CETIRIZINE MYLAN GENERICS 10 MG FILM-COATED TABLETS
Active Ingredients Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of cetirizine dihydrochloride. Excipient with known effect Each film-coated tablet contains 74.3 mg lactose monohydrate. See section 6.1 for a complete list of excipients.
Excipients Tablet core: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized corn starch, povidone K29/32, magnesium stearate. Tablet coating: talc, titanium dioxide (E171), hypromellose 5 cP (E464), macrogol 400.
Cetirizine is indicated for adults and children from 6 years of age: – For the treatment of nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis. – For the symptomatic treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1, or to hydroxyzine or any piperazine derivative.
Patients with severe renal insufficiency with creatinine clearance below 10 ml / min.

La cétirizine est indiquée chez l’adulte et l’enfant à partir de 6 ans : – Pour le traitement des symptômes nasaux et oculaires de la rhinite allergique saisonnière et annuelle. – Pour le traitement symptomatique de l’urticaire chronique idiopathique.
Contre-indications Hypersensibilité à la substance active ou à l’un des excipients mentionnés à la rubrique 6.1, ou à l’hydroxyzine ou à tout dérivé de la pipérazine. Insuffisance rénale sévère avec clairance de la créatinine inférieure à 10 ml/min.
