Bisoprolol 5 mg – prescription beta-blocker for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) and chronic heart failure. Helps reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, and decrease the risk of cardiovascular events.

Ciprofloxacin AL 500 mg – broad-spectrum antibiotic in film-coated tablets, effective against a variety of bacterial infections. Used for respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal, and skin infections.

Special care is required when using DERMESTRIL-Septem: Talk to your doctor before starting treatment if you have ever had any of the following problems, as they may recur or worsen during treatment with DERMESTRIL-Septem. If this happens, you should see your doctor more often for check-ups:

• Uterine fibrosis
• Growth of uterine lining outside the uterus (endometriosis) or history of excessive growth of the uterine lining (endometrial hyperplasia)
• increased risk of developing blood clots (see “Blood clots in a vein (thrombosis)”)
• increased risk of developing estrogen-sensitive cancer (such as a mother, sister, or grandmother who had breast cancer)
• high blood pressure
• Liver disease, e.g. benign liver tumor
• diabetes
• Gallstones
• Migraine or severe headache
• Disease of the immune system that affects many organs of the body (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE )
• epilepsy
• asthma
• Disease that affects the eardrum and hearing (otosclerosis)
• very high blood lipid levels (triglycerides)
• Fluid accumulation due to heart and kidney problems
• congenital or acquired angioedema.

• Skin irritation at application site

• Breast tenderness

• Headache, nausea, or vaginal bleeding
