Combined drug, the action of which is due to its constituent components. It has antibacterial, bactericidal and antifungal effects.
Neomycin and polymyxin B are active against many gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms. Streptococcus spp. and anaerobic bacteria are insensitive to these antibiotics.
Nystatin has a fungicidal effect against fungi of the genus Candida.
Improves trophic processes in the vaginal mucosa.
Pharmacokinetics
It is evenly distributed over the vaginal mucosa, providing a local bactericidal and fungicidal effect. Practically not absorbed from the surface of the vaginal mucosa.
Indications
treatment of non-specific, fungal, mixed vaginitis, vulvovaginitis and cervicovaginitis;
preoperative prevention of infectious complications during gynecological interventions; before and after diathermocoagulation of the cervix; before intrauterine diagnostic procedures; before childbirth.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;
I trimester of pregnancy.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Application during pregnancy (in the II and III trimesters) is possible only on prescription in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus;
The period of lactation is a contraindication; if necessary, the use of the drug during this period, breastfeeding is stopped.

Pharmakokinetik
Es verteilt sich gleichmäßig auf der Vaginalschleimhaut und wirkt lokal bakterizid und fungizid. Praktisch nicht von der Oberfläche der Vaginalschleimhaut absorbiert.
Hinweise
Behandlung von unspezifischer Pilz-, gemischter Vaginitis, Vulvovaginitis und Cervicovaginitis;
präoperative Prävention von infektiösen Komplikationen bei gynäkologischen Eingriffen; vor und nach der Diathermokoagulation des Gebärmutterhalses; vor intrauterinen diagnostischen Verfahren; vor der Geburt.
Kontraindikationen
Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen Bestandteil des Arzneimittels;
Ich Trimester der Schwangerschaft.
Anwendung während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit
Die Anwendung während der Schwangerschaft (im II. und III. Trimester) ist nur auf Rezept möglich, wenn der erwartete Nutzen für die Mutter das potenzielle Risiko für den Fötus überwiegt;
Die Stillzeit ist eine Kontraindikation; Falls erforderlich, wird die Verwendung des Arzneimittels während dieser Zeit mit dem Stillen beendet.
