This medicine contains:
Paracetamol, a proven pain reliever and antipyretic.
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that acts on the cough center. It suppresses the urge to cough without suppressing the necessary cough.
Ephedrine hemisulfate is an active substance that reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa, facilitating deep breathing.
Doxylamine succinate, an active ingredient that, among other things, reduces runny nose.
It is used for the symptomatic treatment of common complaints such as headaches, body aches or sore throat, fever, runny nose and dry cough due to a cold or flu infection.
The medicine cannot be taken
If you are allergic to paracetamol, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, ephedrine hemisulfate, doxylamine succinate or any other ingredient of this medicine.
with high blood pressure, heart and thyroid diseases;
for bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive airway disease, pneumonia, respiratory depression (respiratory depression), inadequate respiratory activity (respiratory failure);
with glaucoma (increased intraocular pressure);
with existing liver/kidney damage (including due to alcohol abuse), severe liver and kidney dysfunction, adrenal tumors (pheochromocytoma);
with enlargement of the prostate gland with the formation of residual urine and significant difficulty urinating;
for convulsive disorders (epilepsy), brain lesions;
pregnancy and breastfeeding period
with simultaneous or previous treatment for two weeks with certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors or SSRIs);
children and youth under 16 years of age;
if not all active ingredients mentioned are needed in case of a cold or flu-like infection.

The recommended dose is:
Adults and young people aged 16 years and older take 30 ml once daily in the evening before bed.
If you took more than you should
Exceeding the recommended dose can cause very serious liver damage, especially if other medicines containing paracetamol are used at the same time.
If you have swallowed the following quantities of paracetamol, you should contact your doctor immediately:
More than 2.5 g with a body weight of 30 – 50 kg.
More than 3.5 g with a body weight of 51 – 65 kg.
More than 4.5 g with a body weight of more than 65 kg.
If you take more of this product than you should, you may experience the following symptoms: nausea and vomiting, involuntary muscle contractions, restlessness, confusion, drowsiness, impaired consciousness, involuntary and rapid eye movements, cardiac problems (rapid heartbeat), loss of coordination , visual psychoses Hallucinations and increased excitability.
Other symptoms in case of massive overdose may include: coma, severe breathing problems and seizures.
