Contraindications and unwanted effects

Posology

Elderly patients are recommended to start therapy from the lower end of the therapeutic range (50 mg in the first total dose). The dosage may be increased to the level used in the general population only after good general tolerability has been established. Impaired liver function Patients with mild to moderate hepatic insufficiency should begin therapy with reduced doses (total daily dose of 50 mg) and be under close medical supervision. FATUMDOL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY tablets should not be used in patients with grave hepatic insufficiency. Renal dysfunction is independent of renal function (creatinine clearance 60-89 ml / min), the initial dose should be increased to 50 mg per day in a total dose (see paragraph 4.4).
